Our Bespoke Floral Design & Styling Service offers flexible pricing that adjusts with the season. Minimum spend starts from £500 for mid-week weddings during the low season and goes up to £1,500 for weekend weddings in peak summer. This minimum spend can be allocated toward decor, signage, and floral arrangements to bring your vision to life.
You can check the minimum spend required for your wedding date here. Keep in mind, this is just a starting point; the final price will be customised according to your specific requirements and the selections you make.
Styling Package for DIY Couples
Our DIY Packages offer fixed pricing, with minimum spend requirements that differ from our bespoke services. Package prices are based on the number of tables and guest count for your event. You can view our fixed costs here. We also offer Signature Styling packages designed for DIY couples who want a tailored look within a set budget. -

When reaching out, please include as many details as possible, such as your wedding date and venue postcode, to help us respond quickly and accurately.
While we don’t monitor our social media inboxes as frequently and are unable to provide quotes or check availability there, we’re always happy to answer quick questions. This is especially useful if you're already booked with us and need a fast reply.

To secure your date with us after receiving your quote, we require a first payment of 25% of the final balance. This will confirm your date in our diary.
If you'd like to reserve your date before receiving a quote or having a conversation with us, we can pencil your date in with a £100 "Save the Date" deposit. This deposit will hold your date until you're ready to discuss your requirements and receive a quote. The "Save the Date" deposit is valid for a limited time after you receive your quote. Once you're happy to proceed, we'll request a further payment of 25% to confirm your booking fully.
Please note, the "Save the Date" deposit is non-refundable if you decide not to book with us.

Yes, you can! At The Modest Bloom, we’re happy to allow you to make adjustments to your Bespoke Styling Quote or Styling Packages as your vision evolves. We want to make sure everything feels just right for your special day. All we ask is that you finalise your design and details at least one month before your wedding to ensure everything is in place and ready to go.

After our final discussions, we will update your Styling Plan and Quote with any final changes and send it to you for approval. Once you're satisfied, we'll send you the invoice for the remaining balance.
Following the final payment, our team will reach out with a list of additional details we need from you, such as information for signage, place names, and menus. There's no need to send this over until we request it.
To ensure accuracy with guest names, we kindly ask that you provide a digital version of your table plan

We offer a straightforward payment structure:
£100 Save The Date fee (optional) – to reserve your date before speaking with us
25% Booking Fee – to secure your date after receiving your quote
Remaining Balance – due 1 month before your event, following your final appointment with us
We also offer a flexible, 0% interest payment plan if you'd like to spread your payments throughout the year. Feel free to ask us for more information if you're interested in this option.
